The existing HRnetone office space was initially adopting a very dark colour scheme that looks overdue for a revamp.

For the new office space, our approach was to steer towards a much brighter and neutral colour scheme, enabling a younger and more lively space where one can look forward to coming work everyday feeling fresh and ready to tackle the day. We Aimed to create a more comfortable environment for employees by using Warm lighting temperatures through out the office space with spot ambient lights taking center stage across all the circulation paths, while general work stations are lit brightly with hanging pendant lights.

The main feature of the revamp was to create a main feature lounge that greets employees / clients alike. The curved sofa with the soft furnishings seek to ease staff or clients into the space, blurring the lines between one’s home and the future of modern workspaces and steer clear from the typical notion of the past where reception counters / boardrooms are a common sight welcoming everyone.

The introduction of Soft pad Eames chairs as the general working chairs in brownish hue leather serves to reiterate the idea of timelessness , in a way, how a chair designed 54 years ago in 1969, still sits beautifully in a modern interior designed in 2023, can, and will continue to age gracefully in the ever-changing landscape of office design in the near future.
